The 2019 theme, “Accelerating in a New Direction,” has been provided by COMSUBLANT to highlight our successful industry partnerships while stressing the importance of our people/support base within industry and academia in maintaining our undersea dominance. Presentations will highlight the processes that must move faster to accelerate change.
The two-day NSL Annual Symposium and Industry Update is traditionally accepted by DoD as a Widely Attended Gathering, enabling Active Duty attendance. Presentations are made by Submarine Force leadership with updates on major acquisition and programmatic issues. Active Duty panels provide additional insight into the experiences and needs of today’s submariners. Industry and government agencies present technical papers, discussion, and solutions via exhibit displays. There are continuous opportunities for Navy leadership and Industry networking.
